- Yanwen Economic: Affordable, standard tracked shipping for non-urgent orders. Delivery time: 15–35 business days, depending on destination.
- Yanwen Standard: Faster tracked shipping with better reliability. Delivery time: 10–25 business days.
- DHL / UPS: Premium express shipping for urgent orders. Fully tracked, with delivery in 3–10 business days to most countries.
All orders are processed after final artwork confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your shipment is dispatched.
2. Returns Policy（退货政策）
Our policy is designed to respect the unique nature of handcrafted art while ensuring transparency for all customers:

Handmade & Custom Artwork (Reborn & BJD Dolls):
- All handmade and custom dolls are created to order, with multiple check-ins and progress updates shared with you during production.
- Final approval of the artwork is required from you before shipment.
- Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, handmade and custom artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Handmade Products (Accessories, Supplies, etc.):
- Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
