Processing Time

All custom orders are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Yanwen Economy (Worldwide): 25–35 business days (excluding customs delays)

• Yanwen Standard (Worldwide): 15–25 business days (excluding customs delays)

• DHL Express (Worldwide): 7–14 business days (excluding customs delays)  

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

  Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.  

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.  

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@vestaresidence.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.  

Lost or Damaged Packages

 If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vestaresidence.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
