✨ Vesta Returns & Exchanges Policy


At Vesta, we stand behind the quality of every product we curate. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right—quickly and hassle-free.



1. Eligibility


  • 30-day return window: You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Exclusions: Personalized/custom-made items, final sale products, and items damaged by misuse/improper care are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange


  1. Contact support: Reach out to our team at support@vestaresidence.com or use our online Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Get authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label (for US customers; international customers will receive a step-by-step guide).
  3. Ship back: Send the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a trackable service for international returns.

3. Shipping & Costs


  • US customers: Return shipping is free via our pre-paid label.
  • International customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover all shipping fees.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Refund Processing


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item as soon as the return is approved.
