  1. E-commerce Operations Specialist

    • Own end-to-end order management, inventory planning, and logistics optimization to ensure fast, reliable shipping worldwide.
    • Collaborate with our global warehouse partners to streamline processes and reduce delivery times.
    • Requirements: 2+ years in e-commerce operations, experience with Shopify or similar platforms, strong analytical skills.

  2. Customer Experience Lead

    • Lead our support team to deliver exceptional, personalized service that aligns with Vesta’s brand promise.
    • Develop and implement support strategies to resolve inquiries quickly and build customer loyalty.
    • Requirements: 3+ years in customer service leadership, experience with global support tools, a passion for solving problems.

  3. Marketing & Content Creator

    • Craft compelling brand stories, social media content, and email campaigns to drive engagement and sales across global markets.
    • Collaborate with designers and influencers to showcase Vesta’s products in authentic, inspiring ways.
    • Requirements: 2+ years in digital marketing, strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, experience with Instagram/TikTok.

  4. Supply Chain Coordinator

    • Manage relationships with global manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality, on-time production, and cost efficiency.
    • Monitor supply chain risks and implement strategies to maintain continuity.
    • Requirements: 2+ years in supply chain management, experience with international logistics, knowledge of quality control standards.

  5. Product Development Associate

    • Work with our design team to curate and develop new products that align with Vesta’s quality and aesthetic standards.
    • Conduct market research and user testing to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
    • Requirements: 1+ years in product development, a keen eye for design, experience with home goods or lifestyle products a plus.
